               All is set for the awarding of teaching kits to qualified OFW- Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) beneficiaries under the Program of "Sa `Pinas, Ikaw ang Ma`am/Sir (SPIMS)" program. Scheduled Awarding Ceremony will be on 01 October 2018, 7:00 am during the Flag Raising Ceremony at the DOLE Regional Office, General Maxilom Avenue, Cebu City.

The following are to be awarded with teaching kits composed of laptop, lapel microphone, and teaching supplies:

               The SPIMS program is in response to the call of the DepEd in hiring more public-school teachers nationwide to support the full implementation of the K-12 program and DOLE's thrust to bring home OFWs and to be with their families.

                     This program is in partnership with Philippine Normal University (PNU), Department of Education (DepEd), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED). ###
